St. Ignatius Loyola School
On May 27th, the 11th Annual St. Ignatius Golf Classic will be held at the Town of Oyster Bay Golf Course. Registration for the outing will begin at 9:30 a.m. and will include a breakfast buffet, use of the driving range, an 11 a.m. shotgun start, cocktails at The Woodlands, and a buffet dinner. Proceeds from the outing will benefit St. Ignatius Loyola School in Hicksville, an elementary school whose primary mission is to integrate the teachings, values, rituals, and traditions of the Catholic faith into the spiritual, intellectual, social, and physical development of the lives of the children they teach. Tilles Center for the Performing Arts
The Tilles Center for the Performing Arts will be hosting its annual Swing for Kids Golf & Tennis Tournament on June 9th at Meadow Brook Club and the Creek Club. The tournament will benefit schoolchildren on Long Island, many of whom have not enjoyed any education in the arts during their time in school.
